lau ma get well soon.

ahh i'm really scared now. just sent my mum an sms and she replied saying that my great-grandma's back in hospital again and she had a mild heart attack or smth like that. and my great-grandma's like saying rubbish stuff too. mum's sms said "told her u visit when u come home she said dun know she still alive anot" oh bleh.

i was never close to my great-grandma actually. see her like once/twice a year during CNY and on her birthday.. but i was always proud of the fact that i've still got a great-grandma. born in 1907.. so she's 101 this year as old as imperial =) and she's always been pretty healthy. the only thing that started failing recently was her eyesight (which is why she stopped playing mahjong i think =p) but she's still really sharp and she recognises all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren etc.

mm it's amazing yah. she's still really playful. and she's quite mobile and can get around herself.. apparently during her first hospital stay she wandered around the hospital so much at night (coz she couldn't sleep & she wanted to go home) that the nurses had to permanently watch her by pushing her bed out to the reception area & making sure she stays in it =p

ahhh -crosses fingers- i really really really hope nothing happens to her. i dunno why i'm so affected actually. my grandaunt (i.e my great-grandma's daughter) passed away earlier this year i think but i didn't feel anything at all. maybe it's just coz she's my lauma. she was the one who inspired me actually.. who gave me one of my goals in life. oh well it's like 12.17 a.m. here now and i'm like all alone in my room crying and freaking out.. i'm really really scared =( i really wanna see her again. oh well hope i'd hear good news from my mummy when i call her later.

PAHH. update - just read this on my cousin's blog. "My mom told me that the doctors in charge of my Great-Grandmother informed the family to 'be prepared for the worst'." shit. i really hope this doesn't happen to me.
